What Causes Pain In The Outside Of The Throat?

                                                                 Hello, i have pain on the outside of my throat, but not on the inside..i can swallow normally and do not have a cold. It feels as if the throat is infected, but not on the inside..it hurts, especially on the sites, and especially after physical activity when my pulse is high. For the rest i feel fine, but its important to mention that i have multi allergi (for which i use a nose spray) and that i sometimes cant breath through the nose (though at the moment i can breath fine) and also have sore throat often, especially the last year. Now it is thus only on the outside of the throat, sometimes a bit of headache as well, and a pain out to the ears, but not much.
