What Causes Pain In The Pelvic Area After A Hernia Surgery?

had hernia surgery a little over two weeks ago. went back to work this week. Desk job. just noticed a pain on the opposite side of where the surgery was, in pelvic area. Follow up with surgeon last week ands said everything was fine from the surgery, Still bloated. what is causing the pain in the lower left side
