What Causes Pain In The Pelvic Area?

I have been having pain in my pelvic area for about 2 months now. It started only when I laid down in the bed at night and then again when I get up. I am 65 years old, have had a full hysterectomy due to endrometrious. It doesn t hurt to go to the restroom for number 1 or 2. the pain is a pulling pain, but now has started hurting when I kick at something or try to move something with my foot from side to side. seems like it is getting worse.
