What Causes Pain In The Penis And Groin Area?

I have a dull pain in my right groin area about an inch above and to the right of my penis (I am a 63 year old male, active, consider myself to be in good shape, exercise a lot). There is no bulge or any indication on my skin. The discomfort has continued for two weeks at about the same level.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It can be mild muscle strain that can lead pain.

For that anti inflammatory medication can be prescribed for five days.

Hot compress can be applied over that to get relief from pain.

Topical diclofenac gel also beneficial.

Avoid strenous activities and take rest.

If no improvement than USG of local part should be done.

Hope I have answered your question.

Regards
