What Causes Pain In The Penis Head During Urination?

Hello Sir, My name is Ishaq and I am 26 years old single man. I am facing a problem while urine passing time. A pain is occurring on the tip of the penis before and after urine passing. But there is no pain during urine passing. Sometimes I am feeling urinal leakage. I consult a urologist for this problem. He told me to test urine, blood, semen. After seeing all the result he told me that it is a problem of varicocele and he told me to take Speman medicine 2 time per day for 60 days. When I search that medicine in internet it is showing that Speman is for sperm count. I don t have any problem in sperm. So is it need to use that medicine?
