What Causes Pain In The Penis?

Hi.. I have problem that I cant touchbmy internal penis. There is pain when i try to touch it. The pain is not very severe but its kind of annoying. I dont have any problems when rub my external skin. I can feel the pleasure but when pull the skin down then there is sort of sour feeling and I cant touch it. Thanks to please suggest for this issue.

Hi,

Noted your short and specific history about sour feeling on touching penis after pulling down the foreskin. Otherwise there is no problem.
The cause may be one of the following:
There may be sensitive glans.
This can occur due to rare exposure if the glans is covered by foreskin.
Taking any medicines for sexula pleasure can cause similar problems, like Sildenafil.
Applying any oils locally.
Balanoposthitis.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation of the situation and get further treatment as per the findings.
Get blood sugar done.
In some cases circumcision may help.
Sexual pleasure is totally a different thing and is person specific, discuss all these things with your Doctor to have proper counselling and management.
