What Causes Pain In The Quadrant With Loss Of Appetite?

I have been feeling very off lately the past week. I have been having lower right quadrant pain with rebound tenderness. The pain has not been severe but i notice it. It is a different pain and won't go away. it worsens when i cough or move abruptly. I am 21 years old and never had appendicitis. I have been having sweats almost like hot flashes and no appitite at all.
