Hi,

Can be due to piles or anal fissures leading to pain in rectum and blood in stools.

Also, there can be an infection leading to pus discharge. So a clinical examination and if needed a colonoscopy and stool culture can be done to rule out the exact cause of the symptoms.

For now, you can apply anovate ointment over the anal area. Do sitz bath. You can take a high fibre diet as it will ease the bowel movements.

You can take stool softeners like Docusate. But getting checked once is a must.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
