What Causes Pain In The Rib Cage While Swallowing Food?

I have suffered from Acid Reflux my entire life and take medication for it. But for the last 4 or 5 days I ve been experiencing pain throughout my ribcage when I swallow and at night I get the worst heartburn I think I ve ever had and it painful all through my chest and back.

Hi. I have gone through your query.You are suffering from GERD (Acid Reflux).I Would suggest the following: 1- Diet Mainly boiled & fat free.2-Cap Rabeprazole 40mg-Levosulpride 75mg once a day on empty stomach. 3-An Anaesthetic Antacid 3 times a day before meals.4- An Antispasmodic Spasril 3 times a day.Please take the medicine as advised and let me know how you are.
