What Causes Pain In The Right Ankle?

Hi! Yesterday I noticed slight pain on my inner right ankle. By the end of the day, it was hard to walk with my right foot so I put ice on it. I also elevated it for a couple hours and continued to ice it. Today I don t feel pain while walking or standing but there is tenderness when I try to stretch my ankle. I have a feeling this is caused my a pair of wedges I wore 2 days prior, however I don t know for sure. It did swell in a small size. i believe that it did go down slightly. i am currently using compression. There is a small bruise discoloration. What do you think?
