What Causes Pain In The Right Arm?

My colleague has been complaining of her right harm being painful, as she describes it she feel like the inside of her whole arm is on fire. I told her it might be inflammation, but then again I am not a doctor. What do you think it is and what should she do? Thank you for your time

I can understand your concern.
Burning pain in right arm can be due to cervical spine pathology or due to cellulitis.
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination of right arm and x ray of cervical spine.
If it is cellulitis then antibiotics should be started.
If it is cervical spine related diseases then physiotherapy and painkillers should be started.
