What Causes Pain In The Right Ear And Neck?

I have pain in my right ear and in the right side of my neck and at the base of my skull. The urgent care center thought I may have a sinus infection because of the bad vertigo I had a week ago. I just finished 5 days of Amoxicillin to clear up redness in my ears/sinus. Could I still have an infection?

Hi there may be residual inflammation left. I think you should go back for a review. Also, dental infection is a possibility--regards
