Hello,

You are suffering from Morton's neuroma, it is a painful conditions caused when the nerve between the toe bones becomes inflamed. Nerve damage causes pain. Too much walking, over exhausting your feet while not wearing appropriate shoes can trigger pain. Always make correct shoe choice. Avoid wearing tight-fitting, narrow or pointed-toe shoes as it puts extra pressure on the balls of your feet and limit toe movement.

Morton's neuroma commonly affects if you have flat foot, high arches, have some congenital toe anomaly, etc. If overweight, lose weight. Orthotics, custom shoe inserts can reduce some of the pain of Morton’s neuroma. Sometimes, Zinc deficiency and very high copper levels in the body can also trigger Morton's neuroma, but all patients are different. Treatment depends on the cause. Try to take home made balanced diet. It may help to reduce your discomfort.

You are suggested to get connected with a Physical therapist. Massage therapy may help. Do not over exhaust your feet. Rest your feet when ever you can. Resting the feet is the first line of defense against Morton’s neuroma. Massage also serves as an effective option for resting the foot and relieving pain. To help affected nerve heal you can take a diet rich in vitamin B6 and B12 or you can also take supplements. To get relief, you can take naproxen, one sos when needed. Steroid injections may help. Consult your local health care provider.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
