Hi,

I am sorry for the painful situation you are going through.

The pain on your right hip all the way from the hip down your whole right leg when laying down, laying on your back which goes away till you go back to your left side, is suggestive of possible sciatica pain.

This is due to compression of the nerve going through the right leg which is deriving from the right side of your back through the hip joint.

I advise to:
- run xray of your hip joint and spinal cord (lumbar-sacral region)
- consult further with orthopedic surgeon to analyze the findings and for further specific treatment.

For the moment, I advise to take oral OTC pain-killers, and get a pillow under your right side when laying down.

Hope this helps.
