What Causes Pain In The Right Knee?

sudden onset of rt knee discomfort (rather than pain) wake me up at night-3 days ago. then gradually developed B/L lower limb muscle aches-+generelised sx of tiredness(up & down)/feverish(but normal temp) very SEVERE scalding type of sensation on sole/hands--with cold/water & mouth mucosa(minor extent). body skin minor sensetive only. later developed B/L Knee pain/discomfort-, mostly constant but up & down,ocacsionaly aggravated by movements.But pain aggravated in different time of the day specially PM & mid night. no rash or joint swelling.my wife got more or less at the same time -but her was more slow progression. painkiller helping the pain.FBC-,CRP,ESR--normal. H/O mosquito bite--but not necessarily BFV prone area(in gold coast/australia).no bowel or bladder sx.no eye sx .i am a doctor(GP) --read text book/net--found reactive arthritis with myalgia--but no whre mentioned taht it can cause SEVERE skin sensations! interested to know the diagnosis.please.
