What Causes Pain In The Right Leg And Groin Area?

My husband has pain in his right leg, groin area moves to knee when he tries to stand. X-Ray of hip only shows some arthritis. On Tylenol or ibuprofen every four hours per ER Dr. Pain comes and goes after sitting for a while. Anything else he can do?

Hi..it might be a neuronal pain ..and might be becouse of some nerve compression ..yr husband should be take tab methylcobalmine and do nerve.conduction study
