What Causes Pain In The Right Shoulder?

i underwent cholycystectomy in november 2009. i haven't gone on a restricted diet, but i've had stomach upsets quite frequently. since a few weeks, i've been experiencing pain in the liver region and pancreas region as well; and sometimes pain in my right shoulder. what do you think is the reason doctor?
