Hi I have a pain in my right side ribs lower part . It started when I did heavy lifting in gym and it s now almost three week . I am having rest and using difflam gel but I still feel little specially when I sneeze or cough . What can I do more and can I start exercise again . Thanks
Hello dear I understand your concern Your pain is due to overstretching/pulling of the muscle during the heavy lifting. Chest X-Ray will help to find other injury. Take following advises. Just take rest and avoid activity that increase the pain. Apply warm pad application Tablet orthodol three times a day for 5 days, tablet rantac wear elastic crepe to support the movement and reduce the pain Apply local volini gel Do not lies in the right side.
