OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that this condition of your can be due to muscle spasms which occur due to menstrual cycle. Alternatively, you can suffer from mild infection so I will suggest you to have a course of antibiotics Doxycycline for 14 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
