What Causes Pain In The Right Side Of The Buttocks And Swollen Right Foot?

I have a nagging pain in my right side of my buttocks, when I walk it s painful right below my lower back .I am very active in exercising - I walk 6 flights of stairs 3 times everyday at work, hoola hoop , walk, stationary bike and Zumba I still wear high heels 3-4 inches -,on Sundays to church ; otherwise I wear wedge heels and low heels to worm and my right foot is swollen, I am on 5 mg blood pressure meds no other meds I have applied heat, ice and have taken aleeve, Tylenol Ibuprofen and hot/ warm baths in Epsom salt My birthday is tomorrow and I will be 57 Years old I don t know what I did to cause this pain

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to sciatica pain.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend stretching exercises.
