General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the intensity of pain is significant and history of golf play, I would suggest to undergo an MRI chest for the final diagnosis of muscle sprain, ligament tear or rib cage related conditions. Would like to assist further once the report is available.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
