What Causes Pain In The Right Testicle?

I have some dull pain in my right testicle but only when i sit down on a chair when it starts to hurt i usually just stand up and sit down again and that usually helps for awhile (pain is only about a 2). What could it be? There is no swelling that i have noticed, if i touch the testicle directly it s a bit tender but does not hurt.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.
Pain in testicle could be mostly due to mild infection (Orchitis).

Take broad spectrum antibiotic like Doxicycline along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

If problem persists consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done
1) Routine Urine test.
2) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.
