Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Any history of sexual activity? or trauma? Any swelling? You can drink lot of water and repeat urine test. For testicular pain you need a direct examination by urologist. Feel free to ask your doubt with more details.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
