What Causes Pain In The Right Upper Back Radiating To The Right Chest?
I m a 46 year old female... woke up this morning and felt pain in my upper back on the right side. Pain feels like something is stuck in my back & coming through my chest on the right side. It s not getting worse but has been hurting since I got up about 9:30.

The fact that the pain started when you woke up this morning suggest it may be due to your lying position.It may not be a problem to panic.I will suggest you take some pain drugs like ibuprofen and a topical pain gel like voltarene for massage.If the problem persist, you see the Doctor for examination.
