What Causes Pain In The Shoulder And Neck?

I woke up feeling sore, achy, especially in my neck, r shoulder, dull headache. I was diagnosed with MS several years ago. It is very slow progression type, I generally only have relapses when exposed to severe heat or cold, which I have not done. I feel almost like I have flu, but I did get vaccine. Just feel strange, fuzzy-ish, not myself. BP 133/91, pulse 73.

Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists you can consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
