What Causes Pain In The Shoulder Blade, Neck And Spine?

Hi I have been experiencing pain in the left shoulder blade and the neck and spine for sometime. The pain has become so bad that I cannot sleep at night comfortable. I have seen my doctor however she has sent me off to a pain management facility and I want to know really whats going on. I am exhausted. Having a hard time getting through the day at work.

I really appreciate your concern, musculoskeletal pain is very likely, although it can be managed with any analgesic medicines but better avoid this if you can tolerate the pain, try some relaxation therapy, maintain good posture, hope this information helps, take care.
