What Causes Pain In The Shoulder Blade While Breathing?

I have pain with movement and taking a breath in right upper shoulder blade. I had pleurisy about 15 yrs ago. Feels about the same just not as severe. I do have stage 2-3 kidney disease. All blood work looks good except creatine is up but stable. I also of heart problems, Afib and have pacemaker. Done.

Get a chest x-ray to rule out recurrence or lung tumor, and if normal get physiotherapy for shoulder pain.
