What Causes Pain In The Shoulder Blades With Shortness Of Breath?

Hi, I woke up this morning with pain in the middle of my back up near shoulder blades and with shortness of breath; I also have other joint pain such as in my right knee where it is difficult to walk and this is a new pain as I have had both knees replaced, and this area should not be hurting; along with hip pain and neck pain.
