What Causes Pain In The Shoulder During Intercourse?

Hi i just would like to know if its normal to get pain in your right shoulder during sex. Me and my fiance had sex today with me ontop of him and a while before i orgasm i had this sharp pain in my right shoulder and its still paining now its a couple of hours already since we did the deed and with every move i make it hurts. Please help me.

Advice
1.     Give rest to your shoulder
2.     Ibuprofen 600 mg after meal when you feel pain
3.     Apply Relaxyl ointment every 8 hours
4.     Cold compress with ice pack 3 – 4 times daily
5.     Change position during sex
6.     Try to avoid giving stress to shoulder during sex
7.     Gently stretch muscles around shoulder
8.     Investigation – X – ray shoulder
