What Causes Pain In The Shoulder Joints?

I have been experiencing sudden onset bone pain in my bilateral femurs, bil humeruses, bil shoulder joint ache, bil hip ache, et lower back ache x 7-14 days. It is intermittent but several times daily. It is at rest as well as when driving, playing (low impact) fetch with my dogs, etc.
