What Causes Pain In The Shoulder Migrating Around The Elbow Area?

I ve been having terrible shoulder pains in my left shoulder. At first, i thought it was a sickle cell crisis but during all my crisis the pain never stays in the shoulder area. Its migrates to a lower joint around the elbow area and i wouldnt be able to bend my arm or move it at all. Also during sickle crisis, i usually lose my appetite. I didn t this time. Its been about 3 days now and the pain is still in the shoulder, I can move my arm but not the shoulder area and im eating regularly. It brought a thought to my mind. A couple of years ago doctors found I had avascular necrosis in the hips. They immediately scheduled me for a core decompression surgery. Now im wondering if its possible to get necrosis in the shoulders. Could this pain possibly be necrosis?
