What Causes Pain In The Shoulder Radiating To The Arm?
My right shoulder has recently started aching. The pain shoots down my arm and is constant. It s been this way for over a week. I have not fallen or done anything that I know of to hurt it. I m F, just turned 66 a few days ago. I can t stand the constant ache any longer.

It could be a pinched nerve, As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
