What Causes Pain In The Shoulders And Back?

Yes i am havi g pain all thur my back and my shoulers dont then down my left need. And i know where all this pain just for them so stopp hurting i try to make them stop hurting and it is keeping me awake and my body jerks too what it that from they deel like sezuies coming in.plz help me

pain at these sides can be due to many reasons like can be muscular, due to fracture/displacement of joint , fasciitis etc... if u were my patient I would like to ask detail history like since how much time j having pain, what r agye aging factors like muscular inc with pressure etc, detail exam n run some tests like cp to rule out inception,X-ray to look is there any fracture or displacement n then Tx it accordngly .. for muscular pain muscle relaxant n analgesic can be used ...
