What Causes Pain In The Shoulders And Burning In The Chest?

I am taking paxidip cr 12.5 2 and betacap 40 and revotril for panic disorder since 1 month but from the past i weak i am fealing pain in my left shoulder joints and fingure jojnts and burning type pain in chest area wheter these are the side effects of the medicine or any other problem
