What Causes Pain In The Shoulders And Lower Back?

I have an onset of pain - in both shoulders, my lower back (right side right under my ribs) my elbows and wrists hurt now sometimes my hips hurt - it all started in May and progressively getting worse (more areas, but the pain really isn t getting worse in any particular area

Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due arthritis. As it is affecting multiple joints better to go for blood tests to rule out systemic arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis. I would suggest to do blood routine investigation including ESR, C reactive protein, uric acid,blood sugar levels and RA factor. Taking over the counter NSAIDs like Ibuprofen will be helpful.
