What Causes Pain In The Shoulders And Numbness In The Fingers?

A few minutes ago my left shoulder started hurting. It was right after lunch and I felt fine before that. The pain moved down the arm and my wrist hurts too. Fingers feeling a little numb. Sjodyhoulder blade hurts too. Indigestion, heart burn, fatigue and labored breathing too. Ideas??

it is a neurological problem block of median nerve and effect is comming down on nerve route and effecting fingers and wrist. there may be wrist drop.
