What Causes Pain In The Sole From The Heel To The Mid Arch?
having trouble bearing weight on my left foot, but the pain ebbs from day to day. at times hardly noticeable then other days im almost lame. its on the sole from the back of the heel to the mid arch, not stabbing but throbbing and cannot really pin point the pain, just the area it comes from.

It could be due to plantar fasciitis.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. In severe cases, you might require steroid injection to the sole.
