What Causes Pain In The Sole Of The Left Foot?

Left foot in bottom arch area feels like stabbing pain from within that comes & gos, Weather laying down after a nights sleep or pops up during the day while on my feet. i have a clean diet daily, drink at least 1/2 gallon of water a day and exercise cardio along with heavy weight training. iam currently at 19% body fat. I occasionally feel itchy all over...skin is not dry. I have no other symptoms. Been going on at least 2 months now.
