What Causes Pain In The Soles Of The Feet Of The Elderly?

Over the last few months I have stepped up my routine of walking a couple of miles each morning. I am now fog first time Age 76 ) experiencing soles of the feet pain severe enough that I am not sure if I am harming myself by walking? It doesn t seem to matter if I walk or don t wLk my feet especially the soles really hurt!?

Hi,
Seeing h/o all of a sudden pain in right side below ribs, female and age it seems that she might be having billiary colic mostly having gall bladder stones.
This can be due to costo-chondritis as well.
Ultra sound of abdomen will give clear clue about her problem.
If problem persisted then consult Gastro-enterologist and get examined.
Meanwhile give her Meftal spas or Cyclopam to get symptomatic relief from pain.
