What Causes Pain In The Spine While Titling Head And Low Back Pain?

Hi,im just wondering i have syrixn in my spinal cord. Also seen a nerosurgeon about three weeks ago, he said he may know what i might have. Im a bit week on one side, my headaches have stopped now, but now had a discomfort in my lower back. I have been taking Panadole to help and it does. Im just getting over diarrhea and vomitingmy body has been acheing. When i tilt my head back lower head and top of spine it hurts, my right arm albow area is a bit sore and feels a bit week. Im also getting over a cold and this morning i coughed hard and both arms pain shot down them, only happened once. Should i be concerned

I really appreciate your concern, if this is spinal disease then of course this would be matter of concern, and it may need some investigation and best would be MRI, it is advisable to get it done, and better to have second opinion too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
