What Causes Pain In The Stomach And Bloating Sensation?

I had a tuba ligation about 5-6 years ago. In October of last year i was awaken by sharp pain and severe burning in my ovaries. It felt like they were literally on fire. Now for the past 6 months i have had symptoms of a pregnant woman, such as contractions, something hurting me near my ribs, sharp pain on the left side, bloating. It looks like i am pregnant. and today i couldn't bend over to touch my toes without having sharp pain in my left side and ribs. What could this be? I've seen doctors but get no answer.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

This called Pseudocyesis : Means there is no actual pregnancy but the patient gets all the signs and symptoms. This is confirmed by a negative ultrasonography. He patient who has the extreme desire of having Motherhood again develops this sort of a problem. No one really knows the reason and the exact mechanism by which this happens. Consult your Senior Gynecologist who has seen such more cases for counselling and further management.
