What Causes Pain In The Stomach Muscles On The Right Side?
Hey , I am having pain in my right stomach muscles and sometimes a feeling of acidity in my upper middle abdomen that is often accompanied my nausea and vomiting ,then my back at the accentuated lower back curvature gets this pains which comes n goes or is immediately relieved by a paracetamol dose and mostly triggered by sitting for long or standing for long,my breasts are sore but the intensity varies and I am 5 days late on my menses I suspect pregnancy . Last week s at the time of my periods I had mild cramps ESP on my right side of the pelvis but now I feel nothing in the area just a muscle tightening in the stomach area above I took a home PT tests in the evenings and mid day both came negative this are two days after my missed periods Please help

Let me answer your concerns one by one. The pain may be from muscle stretch as it respond to paracetamol but I would like you should do an ultrasound to rule out gallstones or fatty liver. As you said it is associated with nausea.
I would also suggest taking some antacids like lansoprazole for the central burning pain and nausea. 2 days of delay is common in menstruation, it does not mean pregnancy you should wait for a week and if no menses then repeat the pregnancy test. Avoid spicy foods.
