What Causes Pain In The Tailbone And Legs?

I was told a few years ago that I had a spur on my tail bone I am experiencing pain from my tail bone that i s shooting down my legs. I also have tension knots in my legs. The pain comes and goes. Could the spur be causing my symtoms and want can I do to relieve them .

HI tail bone pain in medical terms is coccydynia. pain in the legs may be due to lummmbar spondylosis if are aged.consult orthopaedician.
