What Causes Pain In The Tailbone With Burning Sensation?

I woke up this morning 6:00 and had a pain where my butt cheeks meet at the bottom of my back. Now I have burning sensation underbutt. But there are shooting pains running down my right leg and every once in a while it will tingle and burn. Do I need to be concerned?
