What Causes Pain In The Testicle After Injury?

I hurt my back about two weeks ago I wen to the Dr and he said it was muscle spasms from a hurt disk I noticed that my testicle hurt a little on that side also, the pain in my back is getting a little better every day but the pain in my testicle seems to be getting way worse a wondering what it could be? And if I need to go back in to the Dr?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, testicle pain could be due to epididymitis and it can be managed with Tab Ibuprofen 400mg three times in day infection needs to be ruled out too, muscular spasm can be treated with Tab Chlorzoxazone else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
