What Causes Pain In The Testicle After Putting Pressure On The Stomach?

Hi i would like to know a few questions , my left testicle started to hurt when i put pressure on my stomach a few months ago, it was very low pain at first . But now it hurts when i ejeculate , pee , and lift my leg up . Iam very worried , what do you think it is ? Could it be an std/sti ?

hi..
there are many causes for pain in testicles..
as abdominal pressure directly connects with scrotal cavity testicle started pain..
for this you must go for physical examination..it is difficult to say ..
