What Causes Pain In The Testicle?

Hello about a week ago I started getting pain in my right testicul in 2 days it was gone but then all my joints started to ache,hands, ankles, wrists, elbows, and shoulders. A couple days later my glands in my neck hurt so bad I could not swallow and now my right side of my jaw hurts to the point I can barely open my mouth. The gland pain is gone as well as the testicul pain but my joints and my jaw hurt so bad it feels like I have broken bones but I have had no trauma to those areas. I did break two bones in my foot about 3 weeks ago but that hurts less than my other pains. Any thoughts on this?

As per your history is concerned it is due to your lymph nodes inflammation so first take a full course of DEC 100 mg at night for up to 20 days.Then after 10 days check your blood for DC(differential count) if you feel pain you can take combiflam .(thanks)
