hello sir i like to watch so much porn video and 2days ago i got some pain in my right side balls and some near right side of my stomoch after mastribution with in 2hours pain gone and today again that pain came and i did same i feel something near my ball like some swelling are something please help me

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a general practitioner and plan for an ultrasound to rule out possible causes like orchitis.
