What Causes Pain In The Testicles During Urination?

Hi hope u can help, I've been feeling a bit odd for a week or so,sort of dizzy,like a head rush from getting up to quick but nearly all day,also feel cold and the last day or too my testicles feel bruised and it aches to pass urine. I'm 35 years old. Apart from this feel fine,my usual self, could it be uti, I've had sinus trouble recently 2.

Hi, UTI is definitely a possibility and very likely with your symptoms.
I would suggest you get a Urine RE and culture tests done to be sure.
The culture will show if there is any infection, what organism is growing and what antibiotics to give to treat the infection. For UTI, you will need to take antibiotics for at least two weeks as these are very difficult infections to treat.
