What Causes Pain In The Testicles That Radiate To The Kidneys?

My testicles, usually the left one hurts and the pain will radiate to my lower back and kidney areas of the back. I usually can only get relief only after ejaculating and only IF the congealed semen clog is expelled.
The problem has bothered me for many years. What can be done to eliminate this condition? I am otherwise a very healty 62 year old man.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the test testicle referred to the left kidney area and the pain goes only after the semen clog is expelled after ejaculation.
The history classically says that there is a partial obstruction to the flow of sperms in the vas deference and can be detected by clinically palpating the area.
This can be cleared by finding the blockage and operating it so that the clog does not happen and you get permanent relief.
